Standard shipping on both the order and return is fully complimentary within the USA.
Shipping depends on the order and estimated time for delivery depends on its availability, please confirm shipping times with us before making a purchase if the item is needed by a specific date. If an item is in stock it will ship the next business day. If not then the shipping time will depend on the next available date when the item is back in stock.
Custom orders tend to take between 6-8 weeks to manufacture and ship.
Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within the USA. The rate fluctuates depending on the state/county the order is being shipped to.
We want you to love the jewelry you order from us. If you aren’t entirely happy with your order you can return any item(s) except custom made goods (see below) within seven days of receipt. We will refund the cost of the item(s) once the goods are received by us.
Where allowed, returns are free, and will be accepted within seven days of receiving the item, as long as the item is undamaged, unworn and all security tags remain attached to the product. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number (RNA) and to receive more information on how to return your item.
Once you have received your RNA number, please take care to follow the instructions detailed below:
- Refunds will be made within 30 days upon receipt. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.
- Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Ayva Jewelry. Please note that unauthorized returns/exchanges may be returned.
- Returns must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging with all original security tags attached within 7 days of receiving an order
- We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging
- In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods
Please note: you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us.
If you receive an incorrect item we will refund your payment in full. Please email us in the first instance and we will either arrange collection or instruct how to return the goods.
Should an item display a manufacturing defect it can be returned up to a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and repaired where possible. Any damage deemed to be a result of normal wear and tear would not be accepted as faulty.
Items that are not faulty may be repaired at a charge dependent upon the costs of repair and return shipping.
