1- An item I want is sold out! Will it be coming back?
We intentionally keep our stock small to keep our selection fresh, ensure tight quality standards. As a result, some of our popular pieces do sell out quickly. But we are always listening and we do try to restock the pieces you love most. Please sign up for our email notifications by clicking the ‘bring it back’ button and entering your email address and we’ll be sure to let you know if we restock the particular piece you are interested in.
2- What does the packaging look like?
All orders are shipped in gift boxes and then wrapped with our pretty fabulous wrapping tissue paper.
3- What are conflict free diamonds and do you sell them ?
Ayva Jewelry supports the Kimberley process, which is an international certification scheme that regulates trade in diamonds. It aims to prevent the flow of conflict diamonds. In April 2003, congress and President Bush passed a law adopting the Kimberley Process that requires all manufactures importing diamonds to have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service actively enforces the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.
4- What kind of gold do you use?
We choose recycled gold to manufacture our jewelry, in an effort to help diminish the environmentally and socially destructive effects of gold mining. Because precious metals can be recycled repeatedly with no degradation in quality, they are a naturally renewable resource. Our reclaimed gold, is refined back into its pure form, which is identical in quality to newly mined gold.
1- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment online by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex.
2- Do I need to set up an account to place an order ?
Yes, in order to checkout, you will need to create an account.
3- How do I view my order history?
You can view your order history on your account information page.
4- Are custom orders returnable?
Special orders and custom items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance as items are made to order.
5- What if I need to get the piece resized, or need some other special modifications?
We’d be happy to help where possible; you will be able to make a special request in the form of a note when you order. After your order is relayed to us, we will contact you if there is a small additional charge or additional ship time associated with your request. If we are unable to fulfill your request, you will have the option of canceling your order prior to it being charged. Please note any modifications made to a piece will make it a final sale.
1- How do I check the status of my order?
We send the tracking number when your order is processed
2- Do you accept international orders?
No. Unfortunately at this time we do not accept any international orders.
3- Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, but we may require further information or verification which is for your security. Additionally, please note that we require signature upon delivery to further protect your purchase.
4- Can I ship to a PO box or and APO/FPO address ?
We cannot ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
5- Who is liable for the jewelry as its being shipped?
We fully insure each order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with the shipping carrier.
6- I missed my delivery, what should I do ?
Fedex will attempt to deliver again the following business day. For more information, please contact FedEx directly at 1-800-463-3339.
7- My order was damaged when I received it, what should I do?
Please do not accept a damaged box. You can refuse to sign for the shipment and it will make its way back to us and we will promptly ship out your order again. Please note that if a damaged box is accepted, Ayva jewelry may or may not at our discretion decide to replace, refund or repair that item for you. You will promptly need to send in an email to info@ayvajewelry.com with images of the product as well as the box. At that point we will determine the course of action to be taken.
8- How do I check the status of my order?
In your order history, pieces you order will be annotated as pending or completed depending on its transaction status. For more information, or status on custom orders, please contact us your personal concierge.
9- How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping depends on the order and estimated time for delivery depends on its availability. If an item is in stock it will ship in 2 business days after the order has been processed, unless there are any modifications that need to be made.
Please confirm shipping times with us before making a purchase if the item is needed by a specific date.
When multiple items have been ordered and some are not in stock, you can choose to either have them shipped together or separately as the items become available.
Custom orders and some modifications that need a new piece made tend to take between 6– 8 weeks to manufacture and ship.
1- What’s the procedure for ordering custom pieces and special orders?
We love working with our customers on custom pieces. You will be working directly with the designer on your custom order. The simple process begins by emailing us with details that help us establish your jewelry, design and budget requirements. Once those aspects have been defined and the sketches have been rendered, Priyanka will present options to you. Upon your approval of the renderings, she then works meticulously to source the perfect precious gemstones, metals, and appropriate craftsman to make the customized jewelry piece. Once the finished piece is inspected and approved by Priyanka – your beautiful jewelry is presented to you in her signature box.
Special orders are outside the scope of regular production and, therefore, we will charge 50% of a special order’s retail price up front. The remaining balance will be charged upon your order’s shipment.
2- How can I figure out what ring size to buy?

3- Is gift-wrapping available?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gift-wrapping.
